A Brief Commentary on Draft Amendments to the Criminal Code

Serbia's Criminal Code has been amended multiple times, and this would be the sixth in the 12 years under this government alone. Despite the repeated updates though, the new bill to amend the Criminal Code includes as many as 66 articles designed to delete, modify, or supplement the existing provisions or introduce new ones. From the multitude of potentially interesting topics, I will address only a few issues that I believe deserve special attention by not only the general public, but experts, too.
