Stable Cabinet Unlikely

As expected, Albin Kurti’s ruling Self-Determination Movement won the most votes in elections for Kosovo’s Assembly, albeit less than in the last elections, and it is unlikely that it will be able to install a cabinet, even with the support of national minority parties. The three opposition tickets that ran in the elections won more seats combined than Kurti’s party, but whether or not they will be able to reach an agreement on a coalition government hangs in the air.
