An Introduction to Further Radicalization

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s guilty verdict in the trial of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik for the non-implementation of the high representative’s decisions will change the landscape of political relations in the country, and possibly the region. The verdict will additionally radicalize the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina meaning that minor incidents on the ground cannot be ruled out. The outbreak of a new war, however, is nearly impossible, chiefly because EUFOR and NATO forces stationed across Bosnia will not allow an armed conflict.
