Another Failure in the U.S.

After a controversial stay in Florida at the start of May, President Aleksandar Vucic’s visit to the U.S. last week was another diplomatic failure. Although Vucic’s stay in New York might not initially seem like a total fiasco, the resume of his activities shows that it was indeed a failure. Vucic failed to achieve the two key objectives of his talks with U.S. officials, while the number and strength of the leaders that he held bilateral meetings with reveal that he is not the coveted collocutor for talks that he once was.
