The Kosovo authorities’ decision to send special police units to the Jarinje and Brnjak border crossing points, to enforce a decision regarding license plates, has created new tensions in northern Kosovo and in relations between Belgrade and Pristina. No way out of the crisis, which affects ordinary citizens and businesspeople the most, is in sight yet.
