The latest crisis in northern Kosovo ended after last week’s agreement between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels under the auspices of the EU and with the U.S.’ engagement. The crisis, however, has only been suspended because both sides have yet to reach an agreement on the issue of license plates, i.e. freedom of movement.
