Having recomposed a parliamentary majority, Montenegro got a new minority government last week, led by the Civic Movement URA’s leader, Dritan Abazovic. Analysts do not expect much of the new cabinet, whose prime purpose is to stabilize the situation in the country and the international position of Montenegro. Several parties have profited from these developments, including President Milo Djukanovic’s Democratic Party of Socialists.
