Last week’s negotiations in Brussels between Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovo Premier Albin Kurti, with the mediation of EU and U.S. officials, failed to bring any progress in solving burning issues. The dialogue has, however, continued under a certain form of “shuttle diplomacy,” but so has the mutual straining of relations, with inflammatory statements coming from both Belgrade and Pristina.
