Members of the Montenegrin Parliament will on Friday, Sept. 30, debate a proposal from President Milo Djukanovic to shorten the Parliament’s term and go for a snap general election. However, judging by announcements, that proposal will not win the support of the required majority of MPs, which will additionally deepen the political and institutional crisis in Montenegro.
