Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s ruling on Republika Srpska Law on Agricultural Land, from Feb. 10, might have triggered the latest political crisis in Bosnia, but it is not its real cause. The Court ruled that Article 53 of the law in question, which stipulates that public, i.e. state-owned, agricultural land, by law should become the property of RS – is not in accordance with the Bosnian constitution. He announced that Serb representatives will be blocking the work of central institutions.
