Predrag Koluvija (PrtScr RTV Stara Pazova)
Controversial farmer Predrag Koluvija is the in the focus of the Jovanjica scandal in which top Serbian officials have been implicated in the growing of marijuana. Koluvija, the owner of the Jovanjica company and a farm under the same name, where Europe’s largest marijuana plantation was uncovered in 2019, was placed under house arrest last week with a bracelet after spending nearly two years in regular custody.
