The Party of Freedom and Justice released a statement on June 9 saying that "the Higher Court in Belgrade has banned Dragan J. Vucicevic from reporting in the Informer newspaper lies about Dragan Djilas," i.e. that the ban pertains to information that violates "the right to dignity and the presumption of innocence."

"This includes lies that were reiterated claiming that Dragan Djilas is a tycoon, that he secured EUR618,688,269 for himself while he was in power, and pocketed hundreds of millions of euros," the party said in the statement.

"If Dragan J. Vucicevic reports this lie again he will have consciously violated the law as this violates the court ban and the Informer newspaper will have to pay court penalties of RSD100,000."
