The Serbian Health Ministry announced on Sept. 9 that one person died from COVID-19 and 84 new infection cases were confirmed in the past 24 hours.
A total of 8,285 people were tested in the past 24 hours. There are 407 people currently being treated for the coronavirus in hospital, 38 of them on ventilators.
According to official figures, 32,078 people have been registered as positive for the coronavirus since the start of the epidemic in Serbia and 728 have died.
