Director of the Office for IT and eGovernment Mihailo Jovanovic said on April 12 that so far more than two million and 900 citizens had been vaccinated in Serbia, while more than a million had received the second dose of the vaccine.

"So far, more than two million and 900 vaccines have been administered, while more than one million and 170 thousand citizens have received the second dose," said Jovanovic, adding that the citizens' interest in vaccination "is not diminishing."

"Every day, we have 15-20 thousand vaccination applications on the eGovernment portal, so I can say that interest is not diminishing," he said and added that nearly 20-30 thousand citizens were vaccinated without prior application.

Jovanovic also said that 39,000 foreign nationals had gotten vaccinated in Serbia.
