Representatives of the United Arab Emirates and Serbia signed nine agreements in Abu Dhabi on Sept. 11, including one on a comprehensive partnership, Serbian Foreign Minister Nikola Selakovic has said.
In a statement for Pink TV, he voiced the conviction that this would lead to better relations between the two countries which he believes will greatly benefit Serbia.
He stressed the importance of the agreement on strategic partnership between the two states, the Serbian government reported on its website.
"Relations between Serbia and the UAE have deepened over time, like the way that trust is built, which brings a lot of benefits to Serbia," said Selakovic, a member of the Serbian delegation spearheaded by President Aleksandar Vucic.
