The park’s cornerstone was jointly laid by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and VGP Group CEO Jan Van Geet.

The family-owned enterprises is active in 17 countries and owns property in 14, and is listed on the Brussels Stock Exchange.

In December 2022, the company’s gross assets were calculated at EUR6.44 billion, while its net worth was EUR2.3 billion.

The VGP Group owns large parcels of land intended for future projects, predominately large multi-tenant business parks.
