Kosovo Premier Albin Kurti has called for the full and immediate implementation of the agreement between Belgrade and Pristina on the path to normalization, while Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic is insisting on the implementation of the Brussels agreement and formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities.

On April 16, Kurti tweeted that the representatives of Belgrade and Pristina had spent the last two years "negotiating a legally binding agreement between Kosovo and Serbia."

"EU high representative [for foreign and security policy] Josep Borrell officially publicized the agreement in Ohrid on March 18. What we agreed on must be implemented, fully and immediately. There can be no partial implementation or delays," Kurti said.

In a reply on Twitter, Brnabic wrote that April 19 would be 10 years since the signing of the Brussels agreement which envisages the formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities.

"We have been waiting for 10 years for Pristina to do its part of the job, 10 years for the formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities. Do this," Brnabic said in her tweet in which she tagged the accounts of the European External Action Service headed by Borrell and EU special representative for the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina Miroslav Lajcak.

Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani said last week that Serbia was continuing with obstructions with regard to implementing the Ohrid agreement, while Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that Kurti wanted to provoke a conflict at all cost and that he was not interested in forming the Community of Serb Municipalities.
