Green-Left Front MP Radomir Lazovic has said that he would leave it as a very open possibility that the Front will be part - if such an agreement is reached with the others - of a single election ticket of organizers of the Serbia Against Violence protests, adding that other options are possible too.

"So, the right is certainly going as one separate ticket, or maybe two. I would insist on consolidation and cooperation. We will see whether it will be exactly a ticket of the people who are organizing the protests. The main question is whether the agreement we make is effective and whether it produces the end result," Lazovic told the Sept. 8 issue of daily Nova.

He recalled that the Green-Left Front advocated separate elections.

"I think this would be the first case where we would have at least some of those elections separated. Regardless of when the Belgrade elections take place, I think it is fairly certain there will be a change of government. I believe that in many municipalities the change of government is certain. I think it is much more difficult in the general election, but even there we stand a very good chance," said Lazovic.

When asked about plans for further activities in parliament, he did not rule out a continued blockade of the National Assembly or other forms of obstruction.
