The two-day Peace Forum as part of celebrations of Armistice Day in World War I, which will include Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, started in Paris on Nov. 9.
This year's edition of the Paris Peace Forum titled "Seeking Common Ground in a World of Rivalry," is gathering representatives of international organizations and leaders of states at the Brongniart Palace.
Upon arriving in the capital of France, Vucic posted on Instagram that he had talked with the Belgian prime minister about strengthening bilateral relations.
"A good talk with Alexander De Croo about strengthening bilateral relations between Serbia and Belgium, as well as about accelerating Serbia's European integration process, bearing in mind that the country is taking over chairmanship of the EU Council on Jan. 1, 2024," he wrote.
Vucic is also expected to meet with French President Emmanuel Macron, who opened the forum.
