Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will address citizens on March 29 and speak, as he announced, mostly about political topics.
On March 28, Vucic refused to answer journalists' questions about Kosovo, saying that the political problems Serbia was facing "unfortunately aren't going anywhere," and that he would inform the public about them on March 29.
He will talk about the Council of Europe, that is about the debate in the organization on Kosovo's admission as a full member.
It is also expected that Vucic will comment on the decision of the U.N. Security Council which, on March 28, again did not agree to debate the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia, since an insufficient number of members of the body had voted for the proposed agenda.
