Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said that major global issues will be resolved over the next five months and that everything has to be clear by Nov. 5 (the Election day in the US), adding he believes that the days lying ahead will be more difficult than during World War II.

He said that aside from specialized exposition EXPO 2027 to be held in Belgrade and the country’s development, the most important topics for Serbia in the next three weeks would include procurement of food and medications, and further development of artificial intelligence.

Speaking in a program on TV Happy in the evening on May 27, Vucic once again said that he would personally suffer consequences for his activities and speeches before the UN General Assembly in relation to a resolution on the Srebrenica genocide (designating July 11 as the “International Day of Reflection and Commemoration of the 1995 Genocide in Srebrenica”). He once again presented his stand on the resolution on Srebrenica, noting that Bosnia and Herzegovina would try to demand war reparations from Serbia, but stressed that Serbia “has to build brotherly relations with the Bosniaks in the future.”

During broadcast “Cyrillic (alphabet)” on TV Happy, also featuring the Belgrade daily Informer editor-in-chief, Dragan J. Vucicevic, Interior Minister Ivica Dacic, the leader of Serbs in Montenegro, Milan Knezevic, and singer Jelena Karleusa, Vucic also spoke about the economy, specialized EXPO 2027, construction of soccer stadiums across Serbia, and other issues.
