Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic stated on Sept. 11 that the development of cooperation with the U.S. was "one of the foreign policy priorities of Serbia."

During a meeting with the delegation of the Ohio National Guard, Prime Minister Brnabic said positive examples of the historic alliance of Serbia and the U.S. should be emphasized.

The office of the prime minister stated that "the wish was expressed during the talks, for the continuing of the existing successful cooperation of our country with the Ohio National Guard, since one of the foreign political priorities of Serbia is the development of cooperation with the U.S. in all fields."

According to the statement, the partnership with the Ohio National Guard, as one of the most dynamic components of bilateral cooperation, is part of Serbia's attempts to develop overall relations through concrete forms of connecting.

The delegation of the Ohio National Guard was headed by Major General John Harris.

The meeting was attended by the chief of general staff of the Army of Serbia, General Milan Mojsilovic, and the U.S. ambassador to Serbia, Kyle Scott.
