Telekom Slovenije has announced it has initiated the sale of its subsidiary TS Media. 

TS Media owns the website Siol, as well as the portals najdi.si and bizi.si, the Slovenian Telephone Directory, Zunanji Digitalni Zasloni, 1188, Dajmedol and AdSolution, SEEbiz reports. 

The company also owned Planet TV, which will now be going into the hands of Hungarians. On July 7, Telekom Slovenije signed a contract on selling Planet TV to the Hungarian TV2 Media, which will acquire 100% ownership for EUR5m.
