Serbian President’s younger brother Andrej Vucic, who many believe is the second most powerful political figure in the country, is in the limelight again after a statement by President Aleksandar Vucic that he belongs to the Serbian Progressive Party’s “loyalist” wing. Andrej Vucic is undoubtedly the leader of the party’s “loyalists,” a group whose existence has been condemned by many these past several days and which has been described as the Progressives’ “shock troopers.”
