Crisis Headquarters members Branislav Tiodorovic and Darija Kisic Tepavcevic on Sept. 22, dismissed the allegations that a coronavirus state of disaster could be declared on Oct. 1.

The president of the Union of doctors and pharmacists, Rade Panic, has said that Oct. 1 has been mentioned as the day when a state of disaster could be introduced, adding that “seven days ago, professor Tiodorovic, and three days ago, Dr Predrag Kon announced the possibility of imposing a state of disaster.”

In a statement to portal Nova.rs, Kisic Tepavcevic dismissed the possibility of introducing a state of disaster on Oct. 1. “I have not heard anything about hat, it is false information,” she said.

Tiodorovic has also denied the allegations. “It is absolute nonsense, mentioned by no one, but the fools,” Tiodorovic has told Nova.rs.

According to the latest data from Sept. 22, in the last 24 hours, 61 new cases were registered and no death. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, Serbia has tested a total of 1,084,893 persons, reporting 32,999 positive cases and 743 fatalities.
