The official number of new coronavirus infections in Slovenia in the past 24 hours is as high as 1,503, while seven people died, the Slovenian government announced on Oct. 21.
The total of 15,982 people have been infected in the epidemic in Slovenia.
The number of newly infected people is also rising in Croatia, with 1,424 confirmed new cases in the past 24 hours, while 11 persons died, the National Civil Defense Headquarters announced on Oct. 21.
The presence of the coronavirus has been confirmed in 28,287 people in Croatia since the start of the epidemic.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, 926 people were infected with the virus in the past 24 hours, which is the highest number of daily infections since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, while 14 people died, it was announced on Oct. 12. The total number of infected people has added up to 36,315 since the start of the epidemic in Bosnia, while have 1,033 died.
