COVID-19 Claims 27 Lives in Serbia, 6,249 Newly Infected

In the last 24 hours, 27 people have died of COVID-19 in Serbia, raising the death toll of the epidemic to 7,575, it was announced on the covid19.rs website on Sept. 13.

In the same time frame, 6,249 new cases of the disease were confirmed after 21,163 individuals were tested. There are currently 3,057 patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in the country, 142 of whom are on ventilators.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 epidemic, 823,161 people in Serbia have become infected with the disease.
