Six Die of COVID-19 in Serbia, 882 Newly Infected

In the last 24 hours, six people died of COVID-19 in Serbia, and the death toll of the epidemic now stands at 15,933, it was announced on April 18.

According to the records of the Serbian Institute of Public Health, 882 new cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2 were confirmed among 10,567 persons tested. There are 493 patients currently hospitalized with COVID-19 in the country, 20 of whom are on ventilators.

Since the outbreak of the epidemic in Serbia, 9,383,655 samples have been tested, 1,996,868 of which came back positive.
