The resolution got the votes of 124 out of the 193 U.N. members, 14 voted against, while 43 abstained, the U.N. said on X.

Besides Serbia, other abstainers included Great Britain, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, Ukraine, North Macedonia, Albania, Canada, India, Australia, and others.

The U.S., Israel, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Argentina, and other countries voted against the resolution.
