Serbian Public Investments Minister Darko Glisic, who suffered a stroke on Aug. 5, is feeling better, President Aleksandar Vucic announced on Aug. 6.
Vucic said that he visited Glisic in hospital and spoke to him, a day after Health Minister Zlatibor Loncar stated his colleague was in critical condition and put on a ventilator.
“I saw off [Italian Prime Minister] Giorgia Meloni and went to the [University] Clinical Center of Serbia to visit Darko Glisic, and I want to offer wonderful news to all our people. Darko is better, I spoke with him. He’s still struggling a bit, but I cannot describe my joy or his,” Vucic said.
Glisic suffered a stroke during a live guest appearance on Pink TV’s morning talk show.
