In an op-ed for the Kurir daily published in the evening of May 6, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic presented a five-step plan for developing the country, which entails reforming the Cabinet, the education system and the energy sector.
Vucic’s plan envisions reducing the number of ministers, state secretaries, assistant ministers and their staff.
According to the president, the country’s needs increased productivity, dedication and effort as well as a complete overhaul of the education system.
One of his proposed steps involves a comprehensive approach to resolving all domestic energy issues and problems, in part by tapping into nuclear energy.
The fifth step of Vucic’s plan comprises adopting and using the newest scientific developments in the fields of robotics, artificial intelligence and other modern technologies.
