In Croatia in the past 24 hours a total of 41 new cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed, while one person died, the National Civil Defense Headquarters announced on July 28.

Currently out of 749 infected persons, 133 have been hospitalized with nine patients on ventilators. Since the outbreak of the epidemic in Croatia, 4,922 coronavirus have been diagnosed with the virus, of whom 4,034 have recovered while 140 people died.

In North Macedonia, another five persons died while 102 new cases were registered, Minister of Health Venko Filipce announced on July 27. He wrote on Facebook that the death toll had climbed to 471 and that 10,315 people had tested positive for the disease.

Over the last 24 hours three people died of the consequences of the coronavirus in Bosnia and Herzegovina, of whom two were from the Muslim-Croat Federation and one from Republika Srpska, a July 28 statement said. The death toll has reached 273. Since the outbreak of the pandemic a total of 10,727 cases have been reported in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
