Serbian high-ranking officials had a few initiatives last week that attracted plenty of attention at home and globally, and for the fear that Belgrade might turn to Moscow permanently, the European Union (EU), the European Parliament, the Government of Kosovo and the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade reacted immediately, asking for an explanation.
