The third protest under the slogan “Serbia against Violence,” organized on May 19 by pro-European opposition parties, and the sharp rhetoric of both the authorities and the opposition in parliament in previous days confirm that the political rift in the country has reached its peak. In such a tense atmosphere, two mass rallies await Serbia in Belgrade late this week, a Serbian Progressive Party rally on May 26 and the fourth “Serbia against Violence” protest the following day.
