Although elections haven’t been called yet, the Serbian Progressive Party informally kicked off its campaign in Sabac, where it celebrated its 15th anniversary. The speeches at the rally, as well as other public appearances by party representatives, show that the Progressives plan to focus on the unpopular leader of the opposition, Dragan Djilas. The opposition is already lagging behind the authorities in the campaign as the format for its participation in the elections remains unknown on both of its poles.
