The complicated life of the Serb community in Kosovo is probably about to get even more difficult after a Law on Foreigners and a Law on Vehicles take effect on March 15. The application of these laws promises many problems for some Serbs and is seen by the public as being connected to Kosovo’s attempt to integrate Serbian education and healthcare, the only remaining Serbian state systems in Kosovo. Despite that, or maybe precisely because of it, the Aleksandar Vucic administration is acting as if the problem does not exist.
