The protests and rallies held in several Serbian cities in recent days have again heated up the atmosphere in society and have shown that neither of the two sides is giving up the fight – neither the Aleksandar Vucic regime and its supporters, nor the student-led citizens who oppose it. That situation in society, with occasional downtime, will certainly last at least until the next general election, which Vucic has announced for the end of the year.
