Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajic has said that his government has done everything to receive a positive Interim Benchmark Assesment Report (IBAR) on meeting temporary measures in the area of rule of law. The EU’s member states will decide in mid-June whether Montenegro will receive a positive IBAR, which would be an indicator that the country has advanced in the area of rule of law and is ready for the next stage of adjusting to EU standards, on its road to membership.
