Outgoing Kosovo Premier Ramush Haradinaj appeared on July 24 this year for the third time before prosecutors of the Specialist Court in The Hague as a war crimes suspect. He chose silence as his defense before the Court, which was created by the Kosovo Assembly under significant international pressure, especially coming from the U.S. Previously on July 19 he resigned as premier of Kosovo.
