President of the Together for Serbia party Nebojsa Zelenovic is working on transforming the party into a "green" political organization, and has reached an agreement on cooperation with the Let's Not Drown Belgrade initiative, the Civic Democratic Forum, the Heart of the City movement and a larger number of civic initiatives.
According to a Jan. 12 report on the Nova.rs website, a working group created by the president of the party is working on a program that will focus on a plan for transforming the Serbian economy into a circular economy.
"The strategic goal is Serbia's inclusion in a new, large-scale economic reform wave which Europe and the U.S. are entering, which solves the question of the unsustainable differences between the rich and the poor, the loss of the importance of the middle class and the scary dangers that climate change brings," the website's sources said.
