Health Minister Zlatibor Loncar on Feb. 9 said that a total of 557,000 citizens had so far received the first and some the second dose of Covid-19 vaccine.
Loncar said that considering that the number of daily new cases had not been decreasing, it was “clear” that countermeasures had not been followed sufficiently. Speaking to reporters at the Torlak Institute of Virology, Vaccines and Sera, where he had received the second vaccine dose, Loncar appealed to citizens to continue obeying the measures even after being inoculated.
Revaccination coordinator Dragana Milosevic on Feb. 9 said that the citizens who had not been notified about revaccination date should count 21 days since receiving the first dose and come for the second dose. Following revaccination, all citizens would receive Covid-19 vaccination certificates, she added.
