According to information released on Nov. 7, 69 people have died of COVID-19 in Serbia in the last 24 hours bringing the death toll of the epidemic to 10,405.
According to the Serbian Institute of Public Health, 3,888 new cases were confirmed out of 13,386 persons tested.
A total of 6,666 patients are currently hospitalized with COVID-19, 266 of whom are on ventilators. Since the outbreak of the disease, 6,455,396 people have been tested in Serbia of whom 1,183,025 were found to be positive for the coronavirus that causes the disease.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic received a third, booster dose at the Belgrade Fair on Nov. 7 and again urged citizens to get vaccinated. He said he was partly to blame for the state not having adopted the smartest solutions in the fight against the epidemic on time.
