The association "Women Victims of War" and the Institute for the Research of Genocide Canada filed a criminal lawsuit with the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Dec. 14, against the Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik, for undermining the territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, violating the Dayton accords, secession and threatening peace and stability, as they stated.

"Criminal charges have been pressed because Dodik is at the helm of an anti-Bosnian coalition, consisting of official organs of Republika Srpska (RS), which actively implement the old and systemically conceived plan of silent secession, separating the entity from the sovereign authority of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, via the public officials of the Party of Independent Social Democrats and partner parties," the joint statement reads.

The association "Women Victims of War" and the Institute for the Research of Genocide Canada claimed that they believed secession was "under way." They went on to claim that the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina was under attack because of the continuous denying of the Bosnian state, undermining of its territorial integrity, independence, sovereignty and its position as a legal, state and political subject, radical violation of the Dayton accords, which is "a threat to peace and stability in Bosnia and is undermining the perspective of all citizens, including those in Republika Srpska."
