The Serbian ambassador to Montenegro, Vladimir Bozovic, whom the authorities in Montenegro declared persona non grata in 2020, has stirred up passions again last week, attracting much attention at home and in Montenegro. The Montenegrin authorities reported last week that Bozovic was one of 28 foreign nationals denied stay and banned an entry into Montenegro, due to being suspected of cooperating with Russian services.
