34 People Dies from COVID-19 in Serbia, 1,795 Newly Infected

A total of 34 people died of COVID-19 in Serbia in the last 24 hours, while 1,795 persons tested positive for the coronavirus out of 10,564 tested, the authorities announced on Jan. 10.

The Serbian Ministry of Health said in a press release that there were 201 patients on ventilators in hospitals across Serbia while 5,877 people had been hospitalized.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 epidemic, 359,689 people in Serbia have contracted the disease of whom 3,582 died.
