Over the past 24 hours in Serbia 145 new cases of the coronavirus were registered in Serbia, while 9,383 people were tested and three people died, according to a July 13 statement released by the health authorities.
The Ministry of Health said that a total of 7,076 people had died since the outbreak of the epidemic. A total of 292 patients have been hospitalized while four are on ventilators. Since the start of the epidemic 717,812 people have tested positive for the virus.
The July 13 edition of Politka has said that the health authorities will most likely organize the administering of a third dose of the vaccine against the virus while recommendations for citizens will be released by Aug. 1.
The national body for immunization has reached a general agreement on another dose of the vaccine for vaccinated citizens particularly those with compromised immune systems do to co-morbidities, chiefly persons with autoimmune diseases as well as recipients of organ transplants.
