People's Movement of Serbia leader Miroslav Aleksic said on Nov. 2 that everything was indicating that there was a chance of victory in Belgrade, but that a new government could be formed on the level the republic as well.

"On one hand citizens have the future and a ticket with new people [to pick] and on the other the past and the 1990s - Vucic, Seselj and Toma [Nikolic]. I think that the choice will be much easier this time and that" voters will choose a prosperous Serbia, Aleksic, who is one of the first names on the Serbia against Violence ticket on the republic level, said in an interview with the Nova newspaper.

He said that the atmosphere inside the bloc was positive. "We are ready for this fight and I am happy that Serbia's citizens will have an easier choice when they vote in elections because there is one opposition ticket opposite to the regime's column," Aleksic said.
