Over two-thirds of Belgraders, or 69 percent, are unhappy with the situation in the capital according to a public opinion poll conducted by the Center for Local Self-Administration.
The online poll was conducted on a sample of 13,231 people from April 22 to May 2. Among those polled 9,125 said they were unhappy with the situation in Belgrade, the Center for Local Self-Administration reported.
More than half of respondents who said they were unhappy with the situation (53.6 percent) said that the solution to the situation was a snap election, 11.2 percent said a compulsory administration was needed while 35.2 percent said that the city needed an expert administration to replace the incumbent mayor.
