About a hundred participants from Croatia, the region and the world will gather in Dubrovnik on June 28 for the two-day Dubrovnik Forum, where the Western Balkans will be one of the topics.
This year's Forum, taking place under the slogan "Dire Straits and Safe Passages," will focus on safe and secure supply routes, digital security, the future of NATO and Europe, and the situation in the Western Balkans, the organizers announced earlier.
Besides the Croatian state leadership, the participants include U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs James O'Brien, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, the EU's special representative for the Western Balkans, Miroslav Lajcak, Council of Europe Secretary General Marija Pejcinovic Buric, and High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt.
The foreign ministers of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Italy, Ukraine, and Armenia have also announced their arrival in Dubrovnik. Serbia will be represented by State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nikola Stojanovic.
