The Affinity Partners investment company, founded by Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner and Emirati billionaire Mohamed Alabbar, will build a luxury hotel and apartment complex in Belgrade on the site of the former Yugoslav Army General Staff Building, which was hit in the 1999 NATO aggression against Serbia, Bloomberg has reported.
The complex will be called Trump and will include a luxury hotel and apartments.
The project in Serbia is Kushner and Alabbar's first joint business venture.
In an interview with Bloomberg, Kushner said that he had talked with several brands before deciding on the name Trump.
The luxury complex is expected to boost the development of Belgrade and attract numerous investors and tourists, Bloomberg added.
